HSS Cobalt Drill Steptip 9mm
Bordo 9.00mm Metric Cobalt Tough HSS-Co5 Step Tip Drill – Extreme Performance Series
The Bordo 9.00mm Step Tip Drill delivers professional-grade performance for demanding drilling applications. Made from high-speed steel with 5% cobalt (HSS-Co5), it offers outstanding hardness, heat resistance, and tool life—ideal for stainless steel, high-tensile steel, and other tough materials.
The advanced step tip design eliminates the need for pilot holes, enabling fast starts, reduced walking, and clean, accurate hole formation in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as timber.
Featuring a 1/4" hex shank, this drill bit is compatible with impact drivers, quick-change adaptors, and standard drill chucks for fast, secure bit changes on-site or in the workshop.
Finished in bronze (gold oxide), the bit is low-temperature tempered to aid cobalt tool identification and provide a clear visual indication of wear.
Key Features:
9.00mm Step Tip: Fast, accurate drilling without pilot holes.
HSS-Co5 Cobalt Construction: Superior durability and heat resistance.
1/4" Hex Shank: Suitable for quick-change systems and impact drivers.
Gold Oxide Finish: Identifies cobalt tooling and tracks wear.
Multi-Material Capability: Effective on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass, copper, and timber.
Trusted by professionals, the Bordo 9.00mm Step Tip Cobalt Drill combines speed, strength, and precision for reliable results in the most challenging drilling tasks.
