Description
Wire Rope Thimbles – Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel Wire Rope Thimbles are designed to protect wire rope at an eye termination, providing a smooth and durable bearing surface around which the wire rope is formed.
The thimble fits inside the wire rope eye, helping to maintain the correct eye shape and reduce wear, crushing and deformation where the wire bears against shackles, hooks, pins or other connection points.
Manufactured from stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, these thimbles are particularly suited to marine, coastal and outdoor applications where durability and resistance to the elements are important.
Available in a range of sizes to suit different wire rope diameters.
