Description
Economy Swage Studs – 316 Stainless Steel
The Economy Swage Stud range provides a cost-effective stainless steel termination for general-purpose wire rope and tensioning applications.
Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, these fittings provide excellent corrosion resistance for outdoor, coastal and general-use installations. The swage end is designed to be professionally swaged directly onto the appropriate diameter stainless steel wire rope, while the threaded end allows connection to compatible tensioners, nuts and threaded fittings.
Available in a range of metric thread and wire sizes, with both right-hand and left-hand thread options available. Matching RH and LH fittings can be used together to create an adjustable tensioning system without rotating the wire rope.
Important: These are economy-range fittings intended for general-purpose applications only. They are not suitable for yacht standing rigging or other critical rigging applications.
