Description
Lifeline Pelican Hooks – Swageturn
The Swageturn Lifeline Pelican Hook range is designed specifically for yacht lifeline and guard wire gate systems, providing a convenient quick-release connection where easy access through the lifelines is required.
Pelican hooks allow a section of lifeline wire to be quickly opened for boarding or access and securely closed again, making them ideal for lifeline gates and other access points around a yacht.
The range includes 5/16" UNF threaded pelican hooks that can be paired with compatible Swageturn lifeline swage studs and other suitable threaded rigging fittings. Options are available with 1/8", 5/32" and 3/16" lifeline-style swage studs, as well as a no-stud option where the required fitting can be selected separately.
The lifeline-style swage studs feature a shorter, more compact design than conventional standing-rigging swage terminals, helping minimise the overall length of the gate assembly and provide a clean, streamlined installation.
