Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
Oversize and over weight items will be subject to shipping costs. All orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, subject to stock being available.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the other items become available, we will ship the rest of the order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return your item within 14 days of your purchase. Please email info@316shop.com.au to request a refund.

Return Exceptions
Sale items are not refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items will not be refunded for change of mind.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
Goods can be exchanged. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay the return and new shipping cost.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa and Master Card ONLY.  We accept cash on pick up in person.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
