Hydraulic Hose Crimping 

Use our Hydraulic Hose Order Form to order custom hydraulic hose assemblies built to your exact specifications. We can crimp hoses from ¼″ to 2″ in diameter and offer a wide range of hose types — from standard rubber and thermoplastic to stainless braided hose for high-performance and marine applications..

Below is a job we recently did for Vacuwash, a canvas cleaning company. We crimped fittings onto hydraulic hoses and used a range of compression fittings to build a new manifold for their machines. 

      

 

 

Custom Wire Swaging

For those jobs that you need a little bit more help with, here at 316 Fastening Shop we can swage up to 10mm wire. This is perfect for yacht rigging, architectural wires, life lines and other wire installations. Use our Wire Swaging Order Form for any custom wires you need. 

Here are some images of 7mm wire with turnbuckles and toggles made for a solar farm in Tonga to hold the solar panels in place. 

    

 

Hydralic Swager

For when you want to DIY, we hire out the hydraulic swager for 3-4mm wire. This is perfect for wire balustrade installation, and other wire projects.
