I am a new Customer, what are my login details?
If you are a business account customer, you will be emailed your login details when your account application has been accepted. You will need to use these details to ensure that you recive any special pricing and charge to account payment options.

If you are not an account customer you can create an account or proceed directly to the checkout to place your order. Please note that if you do not create an account then none of your details will be saved in our system and you will need to re-eneter them next time you shop on our site.


I've forgotten my password. How can I have it reset?
You can go to the login page, then enter your username (email address) and click on the link "forgotten your password". You will receive your new password by email within minutes.


Why can't I find the product im looking for?
As our website is fairly new, we are still in the process of adding our entire range to the online store.
You could try using the Advanced Search function to conduct a more detailed search or enter your enquiry in the Contact Us section & we will get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively you can call our store on 02 9997 6068 regarding product pricing and availability.

How do I know that my order has been received online?
Once you have placed your online order you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order.

How can I check the delivery status of my online order?

What should I do if my order does not arrive by the specified date?
If your order hasn't been delivered in the specified time frame, please call our Customer Service Centre on 02 9997 6068 during business hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. If you call outside our business hours you can leave a message and we will call you back in the morning of the next business day.
